The Quality Manual has been constructed to an industry recognised format and externally audited by only Fire Protection Industry approved professionals. This means that collective good practices are employed and the highest possible standards are guaranteed.
The process to attain registration ensured that every aspect of The Firepoint management system is fit for purpose and adaptable to industry and customer demands and of course, the British Standard elements for respective practices.
The first of our BAFE approvals is for the Supply and Contract Maintenance of Portable Fire Extinguishers, which places additional emphasis on practical elements and third party field work auditing. Your life saving devices require the right form of maintenance. There are many appliance manufacturers with many components, particularly consumables and chemical additives for refill. We can demonstrate that the job will be done properly with the authorisation of the BAFE logo use.
As new activities are adopted within our organisation, we endeavour to add them to our ISO9001 scope and attain the respective third party approvals.
Membership with IFEDA (Independent Fire Engineers & Distributors Association) keeps our finger on the pulse of changes within the Fire Protection Industry. Updates to British Standards, Technical Alerts, Product Recalls and provision of all relevant business related activity training requirements.
ISO 9001 registration and BAFE approval are conditional requirements of IFEDA membership, a quality driven Trade Association.
